"Getting married in one of London's oldest churches inspired me to try and wear something with a vintage look for a modern bride. A month before the wedding I still had not found a suitable headpiece and feared that what I had envisaged simply did not exist. Then I had the pleasure of meeting William Chambers. Visiting with my Mum to see her 'Mother of the Bride' commission (which was out of this world) my heart skipped a beat as a branch of shimmering bejewelled leaves caught my eye...

"I picked out my dress for my brother’s wedding about four months before the event. I wanted to go for a really outrageous headpiece which would make my outfit stand out as I felt that my dress was very plain. I shopped around and found it difficult to find a milliner in Central Scotland who produced anything other than the usual feather fascinator. I came across William by chance and called him up immediately to arrange an appointment. I visited William and brought along my dress and explained exactly what I wanted. William carefully picked out the feathers and created a show stopper. I liked the fact that I was guided throughout the process and updated regularly. I love my headpiece so much! I did not take it off throughout the wedding and the evening reception. I have worn it again to Ladies Day at the races and look forward to wearing it again soon. William is a very talented designer and an absolute joy to work with! "
